A plain-language summary of how CoreInsite handles participant and workforce data.
CoreInsite collects survey responses describing how a person prefers to work, along with the account information needed to deliver results. Protected-class information is not used to generate IMPACT results.
Data is used to produce workforce decision context for the organization that invited the participant. It is not sold, and it is not used to make automated employment decisions.
Access is role-based. Participants see their own results. Managers see context relevant to a specific decision. Executives see aggregated, group-level patterns.
Data is retained for as long as the customer relationship requires it. Participants may request access to their own results and may raise questions about how their data is used.
Questions about privacy practices can be raised through the contact page and will be routed to the responsible team.
